Canon
Eyemancy is one of the eight major classes of magic in Erfworld. It is the major class defined by the Life and Motion elements together. According to LIAB_Text_10, Jack Snipe all Eyemancers must, by habit, and trade, look.

Proposed Canon
An Eyemancer is a Caster that specializes in one of the three Eyemancy disciplines -- Thinkamancy, Foolamancy, or Lookamancy.

Thinkamancers:

Speculation
Charlie may be a Thinkamancer, or he may only receive the ability to use Thinkamancy from his attuned Arkendish.
