Speculation

Thus far seen only in the service of Gobwin Knob. Apparently they are Natural Allies to Gobwin Knob. It is not clear whether Hobgobwins are a part of Gobwins faction or a separate side.

At some moment together with Gobwins they broke alliance with Gobwin Knob (which Sizemore considers very odd), captured the city and croaked King Saline IV.^Erf-b1-p087 Stanley who was a Heir Designate recaptured the city and became an Overlord. Ansom believed that Stanley orchestrated this rebellion to come to power.^Erf-b1-p034
