Tramennis is speaking off panel. There is a fish-eye view of the courtyard as Wanda raises the Arkenpliers and decrypts the croaked dwagons and Infantry en masse with a "WREQUIEM" sound effect. A newly decrypted blue and pink dwagon are rearing up, and a dazed infantry unit raises her head. A still living yellow dwagon is facing off against some Jetstone units in the elevated Atrium walkways. Tramennis and several other units are looking on from the tower door. Jack is partially in frame.

Prince Tramennis: I will make a strategic determination at that time.
Tramennis: If I believe we can defeat the enemy, then I will lead all available forces in a counterattack on the garrison.
Tramennis: We outnumber them and have greater available leadership.
Tramennis: But the enemy can turn our fallen against us. So if I judge it too risky, I would rather evacuate all units and cede the city than provide them with a fresh army.
