Along with Ace Hardware and Pierce, Elliott was sent to defend the hex on Jetstone's side of the Expository Bridge.
Before his name was revealed in LIAB 69, he was referred to as "Lloyd" by fans.
Speculation
If signamancy is anything to go by, he has been in service to his side for about as many turns as Slately has ruled.
