As of yet, no known Luckamancer has been introduced.
Special
Parson's fifth Stupid Meal in addition to the final piece of his sword, was given a recommended daily value of Luckamancy.[2]

Speculation
Apparently Mathamancers can be paired (linked up) with Luckamancers to predict the crucial battles and then tilt them to produce a favorable outcome.[3]
Parson tries to cast Luckamancy on Bogroll[4] before sending him on a special mission, but apparently nothing happens. Nonetheless, Bogroll's mission can be considered a success.[5]
