They appear as small pink colored creatures.

Outside of looks, Marbits themselves are very much like Gobwins.

Marbits are the roughly same height as Gobwins.
Marbits receive a bonus when fighting in Tunnels, just like Gobwins.

Realworld Refrence

'Marbits' from Parson's world are an abbreviation for 'Marshmallow Bits.'
They are the type of Marshmallow that appear in breakfast cereals.
