As of yet, no known Rhyme-o-mancer has been introduced.
Speculation
The magic of Rhyme-o-mancy seems to be fundamentally connected to the underlying mechanics of dance fighting. The forces of Rhyme and Rhythm cause units to be more effective in combat, and Rhyme-o-mancers are skilled at increasing the bonus units recieve in dance fighting, both temporarily, for a single turn or combat engagement, and through permanent enchantments. They are among the few casters who regularly lead stacks, because their leadership bonus in a dance fight is considerable. Less widely known is is the fact that similar effects can occur outside of combat. Construction, for instance, will proceed faster if the workers dance to a song crafted by a Rhyme-o-mancer for that purpose.
