Lord Shelby the Cobra is the Ruler of an unnamed side in the Southern Desert Wastes that was in a conflict with Dagwood and hired Jillian Zamussels and her Gwiffons and Megalogwiffs as mercenaries after the destruction of Faq.
Jillian describes him as "a vile man, like a fat, brown Stanley with a beard".
Real World References
The Shelby Cobra was a British sports car made in the 60s.
