Speculation describes any theories or conjunctures related to the official material that do not have sufficient solid evidence to be placed into Proposed Canon. When in doubt, it is always safe to place material under speculation.
For any general theories, please put them in Epileptic Twees.
Actual fan-created material that is not speculation should be placed in Fanon if it fits into current Erfworld canon, or Banon if it does not.
