Panels: 10
Previous TBFGK 113 Next TBFGK 115 [edit]

Panel 1

Jillian has regained her composure, and her rage, pointing her sword forward. The orlies and gwiffons blur as they race forward into the fray.[edit]

Jillian Zamussels: Go! Screen fire!

Orlies! Engage the Warlord.

...Mount's a bit wounded.

Okay, then!

I'm on mount!

Orlies: ORLY? ORLY?
[edit]

Panel 2

Jillian guards her eyes with her left forearm as the red dwagon flames two of the gwiffons, but not her mount. Orlies are annoying Stanley and avoiding the flames by being behind the head.[edit]

Jillian Zamussels: Yeah, get that out of your system.

Orlies:: SRSLY[1] ORLY?[2] LOLWUT?[3]

Stanley the Tool: Ow. Birds. Ow! Quit it![4]
[edit]

Panel 3

Only Jillian and her contingent are between Stanley and Faq. There is a swarm of doombats off to one side, but they are not engaged in this small battle that is so vital to both participants. One smoking gwiffon is falling, but the other may still be in the fight. A third appears uninjured. Jillian is almost in position to engage Stanley's dwagon.[edit]

Sound (Arkenhammer): CRACK-THOOM!

Orlies: ORLY? ORLY? G2G DED![5]

Jack Snipe: Is that a... walnut?[6]

Jillian Zamussels: Two and four, hit the mount!

One, I'm leaping for the belly. Catch me.
[edit]

Panel 4

Jillian is hanging upside-down from the red dwagon's belly, with her sword thrust more than halfway inside. In the background, speed lines and doombats fly past.[edit]

Jillian Zamussels: D'be a good time to turn, Jack!

Sound effect as dwagon is stabbed: STABBITY

Jillian Zamussels: 'Bout to lose your... uff! Ride!
[edit]

Panel 5

A gwiffon clamps its mouth shut on the neck of the red dwagon, which croaks.[edit]

Stanley the Tool: Hey!

Get offa there.

Sound (Gwiffon Bite): NYARM!

Stanley the Tool: Uh-oh.
[edit]

Panel 6

The crumpled dwagon falls taking Stanley and Jack with it. A gwiffon chases after, mouth gaping. Jillian is not descending yet.

In the far distance, doombats flock together without leadership to guide them.
[edit]

Jillian Zamussels: Four! Capture the caster!

Let him fall, Jack! Jump to the gwiffon!

Jack Snipe: I'm sorry, Jillian!

Stanley the Tool: What are you-mph!

Jack Snipe: Fly, Lord!

Up!
[edit]

Panel 7

Stanley grasps his Arkenhammer tightly as Jack grasps him. Speed lines indicate rapid vertical movement.[edit]
(There is no text in this panel.) [edit]

Panel 8

From far off, we see the dwagon is striking the ground while Stanley and Jack are already high above Jillian.[edit]
Jillian Zamussels: Jack? Wait. [edit]

Panel 9

Looking down at Stanley and Jack, Jillian and the gwiffon are far below, chasing after them.[edit]

Jillian Zamussels: Jack, don't you dare!

Jack Snipe: Crypsis[7].

Jillian Zamussels: No!
[edit]

Panel 10

Jillian flails her sword around uselessly, hitting nothing but air.[edit]
Jillian Zamussels: Raaaaaahhugh! [edit]
