Panel 1

It is night, but Ansom and Vinny do not sleep. They hover over the lake, Vinny floating under his own power as usual, while Ansom rides a gwiffon. He tows his flying carpet behind him.[edit]

Prince Ansom: He won't be able to hit the siege selectively without warlords.

He will certainly hit us instead.

Vinny Doombats: Yeah, so prolly a tough day tomorrah, too.

Butcha know what? I don't care.

If we're standing in front of the Titans tomorrow night, I'll tell em, "I croaked five dwagons on the same turn. Five."
[edit]

Panel 2

Ansom is unrolling his flying carpet.[edit]

Vinny Doombats: "And my boss here just nailed two warlords. So let us both into the City of Heroes please, thank you."

Sound: Whoomp
[edit]

Panel 3

Ansom's head is on the bottom left, and Vinny's is on the right. In the background someone is climbing onto a gwiffon at the edge of the lake. Mountains fill the horizon.[edit]

Prince Ansom: Ah, a little privacy would be good, Vinny. If you please.

Vinny Doombats: Mm.

Two and counting.

Sure, no problem, boss.
[edit]

Panel 4

Vinny is shown waist up on the right, with his right hand out, snapping his fingers. His face has a smirk on it, his red eyes burning bright in the darkness.[edit]
Sound: Snap [edit]

Panel 5

Vinny has crossed his arms, and suddenly the three beautiful Archons are hanging off of him and smiling.[edit]
Sound: Shwoop [edit]

Panel 6

Vinny, three Archons hanging off of him, holds two thumbs up as Ansom slowly departs.[edit]
Vinny Doombats: Ayyyyyyy.[1] [edit]

Panel 7

Ansom is shown on his unrolled flying carpet from behind, as he approaches the lake shoreline. It is Jillian that is mounting the gwiffon.[edit]
{There is no text in this panel.) [edit]

Panel 8

Ansom on his carpet hovers near Jillian and speaks to her. He looks a bit tentative and unsure of just what to say.[edit]

Prince Ansom: Commander, I'd just like to say that your service today was stellar.

I believe that you may have singlehandedly turned around--
[edit]

Panel 9

Jillian is shown from shoulders up. She is scuffed up and disheveled from the battle, but there is a sly smile on her face. A blue light casts a glow on her right side.[edit]
Jillian Zamussels: There's room on that thing for two, right? [edit]

Panel 10

Not waiting for an answer, Jillian uses both arms to push herself up onto the flying carpet as Ansom looks on with a confused air.[edit]
Prince Ansom: I, um... thought you preferred to bivouack in the open field.[2] [edit]

Panel 11

A starry night is the backdrop for profiles of Jillian on the left and Ansom on the right. Both are roughed up from the battle, but neither looks particularly concerned about that.[edit]
Jillian Zamussels: There's no field. [edit]

Panel 12

Four legs hang over the side of the flying carpet. In the distance, the grey mountains on the horizon are approached by green plains. Above is a starry night, and below the dark blue of the lake. The outer two legs appear to be one person's, and the inner two legs appear to be another person's.[edit]
