Panel 1

Bogroll dresses Parson in his armor as Sizemore stands on a chest to gaze out the window.[edit]

Parson Gotti: I appreciate that you have my best interests in mind.

But if you ever cross me like that again...
[edit]

Panel 2

Resting his arms on the ledge, Sizemore continues gazing out the window.[edit]

Parson Gotti: I don't know.

I'm sure there's something that a Chief Warlord can do to a caster.

Sizemore Rockwell: There is.
[edit]

Panel 3

Parson stands behind Sizemore, looming over his shoulder. Sizemore looks back at him out of the corner of his eyes.[edit]

Parson Gotti: You know this thing is over if we don't go in and take out the leadership corps right now, right?

Sizemore Rockwell: Then it's over.
[edit]

Panel 4

Sizemore looks over his shoulder to address Parson. His earlier apathetic expression has been replaced by agitation.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: Stanley has ordered us to--

Parson Gotti: It's not the Tool's orders that matter.

It's reality!
[edit]

Panel 5

Parson looks stern and holds his thumb and forefinger together as if holding something up to be viewed.[edit]

Parson Gotti: When you know what you have to do, you have to do it.

You can't sit there and let things happen to you.

That's a fail.[1]
[edit]

Panel 6

Sizemore sits on the chest below the window, with his hands on his thighs. He looks thoroughly unhappy.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: I don't think you're stupid, Warlord.

I really don't.
[edit]

Panel 7

A close shot of Bogroll, who looks quite angry.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: So I'm forced to believe you're crazy.

Bogroll: Rrmh.
[edit]

Panel 8

A view from above shows Parson standing with Bogroll facing him, holding his Mathamancy Bracer. Sizemore has returned to looking out the window.[edit]

Parson Gotti: It can't be that hard to convince Stanley to hit Ansom and take the 'pliers.

Sizemore Rockwell: He'll disband you before you can speak.

Parson Gotti: Maybe he can't.
[edit]

Panel 9

The frame shows a closeup of Sizemore looking out the window. He looks stunned, even horrified.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: ...

Can't!
[edit]

Panel 10

Bogroll is helping Parson put on his Mathamancy Bracer.[edit]

Parson Gotti: I'm from another universe, so maybe he can't. Or maybe if he disbands me, I'll just be sent home.

Or... wake up.

The point is, I'm going down to the Situation Room to try.

Sizemore Rockwell: He's not there.
[edit]

Panel 11

Sizemore is still at the window, but has turned to look back into the room. His arm points down into the Courtyard.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: He's in the Courtyard.

He's assembled the Knights, look.

Parson Gotti: The what?

Sizemore Rockwell: His personal elite guard.

Top units from all regiments.
[edit]

Panel 12

In the Courtyard stands a line of five muscular orange hobgobwin warriors, dressed in leather and metal, and all wearing white face paint with grey/black designs.[2] They are holding axes with glowing red blades. Another line of similarly-dressed hobgobwins is visible behind the first.[edit]

Sizemore Rockwell: The "Knights In Stanley's Service."

Parson Gotti: I swear. This boopin' world...
