Summer Update 27 refers to 32 decrypted pikers as having been "Sofa King's finest". This implies that while they provided fewer units than other sides, they were of a higher quality, possibly advanced infantry.--66.162.50.18 17:03, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
No, it does not. It just means that the decrypted were among the Sofa King's best. It could very well be that every other Sofa King unit is just very weak.
