Usage
This template will add a notification to an article, and automatically add that article to. Usage is very simple, just put {{Stub}} to add the general template to an article. If you want to be more specific about what type of stub it is, you can add the stub type like so: {{Stub|Character}} will give you

Presently, the template tries (but mostly fails) to support the following buggy arguments:
- Section
- (None)
If you don't know what you're doing, more can be added to the latter; if you do know what you're doing, more can be added to the former, or moved from the latter to the former. Feel free to do so.
