A Warlord and Count[1] in the Transylvito faction.
Vinny looks like a vampire (as apparently all characters in Transylvito) and sleeps in a coffin[2]. However, he does not seem to be affected by sunlight.[3]
Vinny seems to be a friend and confidant to Prince Ansom.
Royal Crown Coalition
He was deployed along with his Doombats as Tryansylvito's part of the alliance.
