A Warlord and Count^[1] in the Transylvito faction.

Vinny looks like a vampire (as apparently all characters in Transylvito) and sleeps in a coffin^[2]. However, he does not seem to be affected by sunlight.^[3]

Vinny seems to be a friend and confidant to Prince Ansom.
