Proposed Canon
Hexes are subject to the effects of weather.
Rather than affecting individual hexes, it seems to operate in systems that affect groups of hexes.
Known Weather Types
- Rain
Speculation
It is possible that there are weather "patterns," or that weather appears randomly (perhaps a % chance based on terrain type).
Weather may have an effect on movement, combat, or healing.
